I went back to nature for the form of the fern as we seem to be straying further and further away from its actual shape and structure but while I’m happy with the general look, and layout, the fern looks a little soft. I strayed into this because the argument for the silver fern to be on the flag obviously won't go away, so, I thought I’d better address it. To give the fern flag idea more shape and depth, I’ve added the green side bars, and the white spacers. I think it makes the fern look less like a logo and obviously backs up our ‘clean green’ image.
